Inconsistent product from one Comet cleaners to the next, the stiffness of my starched pants was inadequate. Comet cleaners in Midland TX always provides a consistent product, pants are heavily starched as requested.

Y’all charge way to much for a dry cleaned dress. $12? Really???? I dont care if that is the local industry standard. It is ridiculous!
When my washing machine broke and not having many choices to wash clothes anywhere else due to the Coronavirus, I was happy to find a convenient way to have our laundry cleaned. After picking up my laundry to have it washed and folded, I noticed several items missing. In addition to this there was a pair of shorts in my returned laundry that did not belong to us. I got a balance for my cleaning bill and yet wen I went to pay I was informed the amount billed was incorrect. i didn't appreciate all the confusion. it made me feel like a bait and switch situation was going on, Then, I received a call from from your employee that they did not give me my complete order! All this left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I have been going to Comet for a while but this has me upset.

First of all I had to go back and ask for my Alice and oliva slacks which are very expensive and we’re missing from the clothes I picked up. They didn’t know who they belonged to and they had to look for them. When I got them back they had stains and the threads were out. My white dress I had sent had stains as well. Some of my husbands shirts were missing too.

Should have been more forthright about the price.. didn't like the fact the I was duped by my neighborhood store because the price was revealed at the very end, that too as a lumpsum price than as itemized price. (Had to ask for itemized price) Yes, I had called and asked about the price before showing up at the store. The situation resulted in you guys taking away my options.
I took an item in for hemming (pants) and the price was reasonable.(12 or 18 dollars). I took a top in to be hemmed in front only and the price was outrageous! (32 dollars 😣). This is almost double the pants being hemmed!!
Everything was done promptly, unfortunately not able to completely remove a stain from a silk blend sweater.
Always do a good job and close or delivery but when promised .
