Convenience was good but the quality was terrible. Still putting on shirt after shirt without the stays. Now I have to go an buy stays to insert in All of my shirts. Plus the occasional this shirt is damaged tag buried within the stack of clothes only discovered on a business trip. Not what I am used to from a continuous cleaning of dress shirts. Lots of other options

Every time I take my jeans I ask not to crease them. It’s on my profile as well as when I talk to the person at the counter. Please no creases! Regardless they come back creased and have to be sent back. I don’t understand why this happens??? The manager sent them back. And helped me. However, since I’ve been taking my jeans there I’ve had over 15 issues concerning this. It’s a gamble. I probably need to go somewhere else to get it done right. It’s a shame it’s such a simple thing to take care of.

Recently I have had two dress shirts in which the collar buttons have been ripped out. I returned one a few weeks ago, it was tagged by the lady at the counter and when picked up, still no button had been replaced. This morning as I am going to church, another shirt I just picked up has had it ripped off. Something has changed recently in your process that is causing this to occur and not be caught before returning garments. This issue is not found till one puts on the shirt. Too late then.

Brought pants in forr tailoring Missed a part on the pants….for repair.
Quality of workmanship is below expectations. I suspect no one cares as I have never heard from anyone regarding earlier issues.

I asked the lady to starch three shirts with medium starch. One came back with light starch only and the others were barely pressed

The person who is dry cleaning my clothes is poking holes at the bottom of the shirt where it says “Cold Water Wash” with the pin. I paid high dollar amount for these shirts I bring. I shouldn’t have to get a new hole Everytime I come in to dry clean. I prefer the cold water wash tag on the tag of the collar like it once was when I came here or bottom of shirt where it has a tag of the material of the shirt it’s made. One shirt now has 2 small holes at the bottom.
