Cleaning & pressing good but one pair of jeans was missing & we were needing them for trip the next day.

I am seeing a couple things that I just don't understand how this happens when my pants are pressed with a machine press. I can see if it was manually done with an iron. In the military we had the same presses so I know what a press does and how the end product is suppose to look like. 1. Multiple creases on the pants 2. No heavy starch until I make a comment, then they get heavy starched. 3. It only takes a couple of starches until the jeans take on the full heavy starch effect. Not 10x or more. 4. I had several sweaters dry cleaned and they still had stains. They were dirty. Not satisfied at all!

It's was good alll of my Collar lines were iron correctly also most of my shirts were two in a bag but not all please I am ask again do not used the tie tie downs they wrinkle the collars. Thank You Bill Zinsmeyer 210 834 7704
Your staff needs to be “friendlier”. And I just found out that an outfit I had cleaned the last time shrunk. It’s a summer outfit and so I only found out when I tried to wear it. And No, I did not gain weight. I’m still 100 lbs. I’m thinking of going to another cleaners with staff that smiles and gives you more than one word answers who doesn’t make you feel that your “bothering” them.
