I was charged for dry cleaning on one of my 4 shirts instead of laundry as I asked when dropping off. When I brought it to the service rep he replied we do what the system asks us to do and for that shirt those were the instructions. The shirts were improperly ironed or pressed at the shoulders and collars.

shirt was late to arrive, arrived at closing on a Saturday. I needed the shirt for Sunday. The shirt was laundered, and I requested heavy starch. Left sleeve was completely wrinkled, I had to take home and iron to make it look presentable. But, you have always been great. I switched to Comet, from my previous provider because of quality of work. Still happy with Comet. Thanks,
