I brought in a 3 piece black suit and a additional pair of black pants, I was charge for 2 suite because I paid I think 38.00 for those items which in my opinion is very high

Got a pair of pants that weren’t took mine took them back so now I’m short 1 pair I hope I’ll get them back soon

Brought in ladies pants & light cotton sweater. Received pants back semi-wrinkled w/white ‘stripes’ all over, 5-6” long . Had to bring back twice for redo & an additional after same on 3rd try. Still in wait/see mode—Keeping fingers crossed. (counter gentlemen said it was wear/tear & we’re longtime clients;-0)

There is lent and dark strings all over my white blouse. The colar’s on my and my husbands button shirts are bent in the back of them. There are 3 and sometimes 4 wire ties in such a twisted mess that it is very difficult to get them off and this is only for 2 or 3 articles of clothing.

I dropped off laundry at 9am Wednesday and received a note 6:30pm my laundry was ready for pick up. Can't ask for better service than that.
They always get every stain out. 100% satisfied
Everything was as expected
Laundry and dry cleaning was great. Evidently there was an issue with the phone lines and couldn't process the credit card that day but called the next week to get paid.

I am happy with the service. I was disappointed to know when I was paying that I could not use two coupons at the time. I took my dry cleaning and my husband shirts. I don't think this is right consider that we are long term customers.
