We brought in $140.00 worth of dry cleaning. Attached to one shirt was a note that said you were unable to get the stain out. I brought the shirt home, and sprayed some oxy-clean on it, and patted the stain right out. I’m not sure you tried very hard. For that much money, I expect better service

Just picked my clothes from Leon springs and I showed a 10 dollar coupon and the lady doesn’t tell me it didn’t go through and just proceeds to take payment. The coupon didn’t apply. And she didn’t care to say anything? So disappointed once again

I usually drop off and pick up my husband’s laundry. But on this day, Friday June 16 @7:04 my husband picked it up, since I was not able to. There were two attendants who were so disrespectful and rude to my husband. My husband simply asked if a card was on file…The attendant answered “no” and asked if he would like to add one? Last time i picked up my clothes that lady that was doing the checkout quickly checked me out and when i pointed out that i had a coupon she said that it was too late too use them (she was so fast and didn't have any questions so i didn't have time to even mention it) then i said ok well i want to pay using this card and she is like ohh sorry i already charged you with the card you have on file. without even asking me. Keep having shirts returned with missing/broken buttons. Spoke to a gentleman on a Sunday as he called me to follow-up after my last survey. Said I would be receiving a call from another lever manger the next day, but never happened. So I took the shirt back for another cleaning and again it came back with still no button.
