The girl at the front when I dropped off 3 massive comforters that gave y’all significant business price wise was extremely rude to me. It was my first and last time to use y’all.

Thought your location would be convenient to going home , but with the way traffic backs up and no right turns if you get off at the light, it makes getting in and out of your store difficult. Other than that, we were hoping to make your dry cleaner where we would be bringing our clothes. Great service and other than traffic , light and turning difficulty , your location would have been perfect
I specifically asked for the patches to be pressed so they would not be curled, and that was only done on one shirt. My pants had one crease when I brought them in, and when I picked them up they had railroad tracks for creases. The employees were super nice and knowledgeable, but the service was not what I expected.
I sent in clothes for wash and fold. I specifically asked if they separated darks from whites... I was told yes they do, however all my whites are grey and we’re washed with the blacks. I will be bringing these items in this week.
Give me an amount before cleaning. I had a comforter cleaned with a 25% coupon. Was told it would be around $25. When I picked it up I got told $10 was added because of the dogs stain. Nothing was told to me about that when I dropped it off or on an email. As a matter of fact, my email said less. I just felt as if $10 was added because of my coupon to get it over $35. It was $37.61!
There was a stain on my item when I picked it up and we sent it back to get re-cleaned. It was still there and told someone would contact me. No one has called.
My first time ever to use Comet Cleaners since I moved into the neighborhood. I took two pair of nice slacks and asked if they fold pants. Lady said yes. My response was that I wanted both folded for my suitcase as I was leaving in two days. I picked them up and, alas, they were hanging from a hanger.
