Shirts were as requested. 1 pair of 4 jeans were not done per request. They offered to redo but I didnt have time get them re-done If you only have Light and Heavy Starch you shouldnt tell your customers that you have Medium Starch then just do everything in Heavy

Would like for a supervisor or manager to call me about my clothing preferences. We continue to not receive the requested service.
Dropped off clothes in the morning and was told that I could pick them up that evening. When I arrived after 6 p.m. to pick them up only part of my order had been delivered for pickup. I was told there were issues at the plant and things had fallen behind. I was told to come back the next day. Unfortunately. Asked to have button added onto 4 shirts and alteration was not completed. Had full conversation about adding the buttons and discovered she only listed them for press/laundry once I came to pick them up.

Went in with a suit on Dec 5. Besides the pants having a hole, my jacket wasn't ready. Called on Saturday if I could pick it up, and the personel told me it was ready. 3 times I've been there and 3 times the pants have not been creased properly. Sloppy double creases in front and the crease only half way up the leg in the back. I told them the problem twice but they just couldn't get it right.
UPDATED REVIEW: * I’ll leave my initial review below. The only change is that the prices listed were given to US in Houston from a place we’ve been going to for years. COMET gets 5 stars for customer service, well informed and friendly staff, quick service & again GREAT attention to detail. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because of the price. They are waaaaayyy overpriced. Dry cleaned (men’s shirts) are typically $1.50 - $1.75 but they charge $5.00. There was nothing special they did than any other cleaners I’ve been to. And the clothing was wrinkle. Not too bad, but we still have to pass an iron over it.
