I will never use comet cleaners again. The clerk didn’t quote me a price and my bad for not asking. I assumed it would be comparable to the last thing I had cleaned there(about 15-20 $) 48$ to clean a 29 dollar comforter is outrageous. I won’t be back and I WILL spread the word, rest assured

am extremely disappointed with Comet Cleaners. I provided them with several white clothes, and when I received them back, they were all off-white and dingy looking. When I called to address this issue, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She stated with an attitude that they just send the clothes off and see what their third party says about it, with no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone who values their clothing.

You need to tell your customers what the cost is when they bring the clothes in because you never now if you are getting your discount from your coupons. 4 items was close to $40.00 dollars. Steep
