I sent a response to a survey and the manager called me wanting to make it right. They were suppose to only put 1 or 2 shirts into a bag but 3 of the bags had 3 shirts on them. I have pictures of the 3 shirts that I have taken out of the bags. These shirts are the worst shirts I have received in a long time and this when I actually expected them to be spot on, but no they weren’t. You advertise one price then charge a much higher price. They ripped me off. The system won’t let me give them zero stars.
Customes Service was ok. Dry clean was average. The store plays alot with the discounts. They are not clear on how much they will charge. I should had been charged less per the lady who took my order and then the lady that charged that afternoon charged me more. Not going back because of that. Tell me upfront what I will be charged without any exceptiona or conditions.
I was dissatisfied. Two dresses had stains on them that did not have stains when I dropped them off. I spent a lot of money and don’t think I’ll be back.
You didn’t clean my jacket and still charged me . It’s really unfair and a waist of money
i brought in two suits. one was dry cleaned correctly. the other is now ruined with a black spot on the back sholder of the coat. i know for certain that this was not there when I had it dry cleaned. the suit was only worn for about 15 mins the one time i wore it before. i was just having it dry cleaned since I already had one going in. i have not tried calling because my daughter was also born unexpectedly the day after i dropped my suits off and i have not had time. i would like a refund, but i know that those are hard to ... read more
It was bad experience I did gave my close in blue bag They never returned to me Plus they charge me more what I was expecting with my HEB discount
I was given the wrong bag of cloths and had to return to the store to get my clothes
I took a cotton pique formal shirt in and asked for heavy starch as I would be wearing the shirt for over four hours at a white tie event. The shirt was only lightly starched and the tabs didn't hold up for more than an hour. I could have accomplished the same with a can of spray starch at home. Service itself was personable and speedy and the price was certainly reasonable but I didn't get what I asked for and looked disheveled at a very important event as a result. VERY disappointed.
