I tried ya'll because I felt the pricing I was paying for the quality I was getting at five star cleaners, wasn't equal. You ended up being even higher in price and the press job was sub par at best. I grew up in this business. My parents owned a dry cleaning company and I work in it for years.
My jacket was not cleaned thoroughly. The cuffs are just as bad as they were.. the insides of the jacket weren’t even touched. It seems that the only area that was cleaned was the collar. I won’t be returning and the $40 I spent went down the drain.
Hello I came home after 3pm on monday and heard a message from Yolanda the manager at Comet cleaners. She had left the office when i got home so i couldn't call to talk to her. Today I am working till after 3pm and won't be able to call her till after that time. I hope it's not too late to resolve the issue with my two blouses. jo tanner

I sent you an email and it came back undeliverable this morning so i am writing again. A shirt had a label on it saying they could do no more without damaging it. It was also wrinkled on the left side. The Olive shirt has a stain on the pocket . There was no note saying it came in like that. It did not have a stain. The shirts have been in a bag for several years. I do not have a receipt as I told the clerk I didn'[t need one. My info is in your system. Why did my email come back?? Thank you, jo tanner
When I dropped off my dress, I was quoted $12. Then, when I picked up the dress I was told it would be $45. I was able to get it down to $30 ish then $25 with a coupon. I was ok with paying $25 however, I don't like the bait and switch technique...it made me distrust this company. Also, my dress is still dirty at the hem.
Was surprised when picking up that shirts were hanging left handed. Have never seen that before. Shirts were pressed well.
$10 with a 25% off coupon for a suit jacket and a pair of pants. Decent price, subpar customer service.

Overpriced. Lady working was rude. I asked her to plot between two cards and she couldn't do simple math to split it down the middle. The guy working there was nice but the lady was rude and had a hateful face the whole time. She didn't smile once!
