This review is for experience with 2 different comet dry cleans. Both did bad jobs. One ruined my silk blouse and said I brought in something unrepairable! I thought I give it another try at different comet store and I brought in a winter coat, after I picked up the coat , the normal wear and tear smell still there. The ironing of the lining is bad as well I’ve used dry cleaners in other states, they all did fantastic jobs, cleaning/ironing/alteration.... but never thought it will be so difficult to find a good on... read more
Brought in 4 chef jackets and received them back with same stains as before. They were clean but stains were still there.
Literally none of the stains were cleaned on my gown
We have had several situations in which a garment was ruined due to a paid-for service. In the past it has been resolved to our satisfaction. In this instance we we were told that the garment was old and that is why it was ruined while being serviced. Was told that there is a record of service to show it was old but when I asked for a copy of the record (which still doesnt validate ruining the garment), it could not be produced. Gave them a new suit to press. I got it back with a big crease/wrinkle pressed into one of the pant legs. I would not recommend comet cleansers and will not return. Sorry!
Gave them a suit for dry clean. First attempt it was dirty and not clean. Second attempt it was clean but wrinkled all over. Third attempt still wrinkled and nothing change. Very not satisfied with the bad service.

My clothes always look great when they come back. Dry cleaning is just so expensive.
My experience at Comet Cleaners on 5886 De Zavala Rd #110, San Antonio, TX 78249 was terrible. I looked up any nearby dry cleaners with the best reviews. Since they had a 5 star rating online I decided to try them out, despite their high prices. When I walked in I made sure to ask the receptionist whether they can take the stain out. She told me that they can (I know they can’t gurantee a stain’s removal but I was told it will be taken care of) when I picked up my pants I noticed not only was the stain still there, but the w... read more
