Very, very disappointed with the results of my dry cleaning and pressing. I only needed two items for a vacation trip my husband's pants had white spots, and my blouse was horribly wrinkled more after being pressed by Comet. I called and complained to a young man about the results of my dry cleaning an my blouse. I then received a call back from Yolanda Taylor the next day requesting me to take my garments back to be done over, the same day I was traveling. Knowing I needed these garment for my trip. Your clothes processors missed a pen in another cutomer’s clothes. That pen leaked and ruined an expensive womens linen blazer of mine. It cost $450 new and needs to be replaced. I will ni longer use Comet cleaners for my laundry or dry cleaning needs. I expect reimbursement to replace the blazer. The clothes were turned in to Comet at the De Zavala location.

I took a comforter to get washed and received a call the next day to have a release where there will be shifting caused. I asked if there was anything else that can be done to clean it and the only response was no once we put it in the machine it, the shifting will worse and that’s all we can do. If they’re professional cleaners why couldn’t there be something more done or provide me with other options. It just was not great service.

Took a blazer in on June 29th and picked it up on August 2 and it wasn’t clean

I told them 3 times heavy starch on the shirts and light starch on the pants. The shirts didn’t even feel nor look like it. The pants looked like they were dry cleaned. I wasn’t happy at all.

Over $5 a piece is too much for press only..you wont see me again. You ruined my Calaway pants last time in by straching a dry cleaning only pants. The $5 is now over the top.. can't afford you.

This place knows how to take care of their customers. They should teach other establishments the proper customer service. They’re TOP 1 in my opinion.
I toke a long dress and someone had the great idea to put a knot on the bottom of the bag when I got home and took it out it was all wrinkle
