I took a pair of jeans and a shirt for my boyfriend and asked for heavy starch. The young lady told me they would be ready next day after six. I wasn't able to pick up the items until the day after that and they still didn't have the shirt ready, something about replacing the buttons. I never asked to replace buttons. I just wanted heavy starch. We wanted the items by Saturday but we didn't have the shirt for that Saturday because the shirt was gonna be ready "later tonight". Hello…. I’m a New customer.. 😊 I’ve used ur cleaners about 4-5 times I believe. Recently I went to picked up my clothes n notice my white coat was falling off the hanger.. it still had spots on it.. it had roll on fuzzy balls on it.. n looked like u all did not clean it.. it was in terrible shape.. I was sad n disappointed so u all re-did it. Today I picked it up.. n it looked better. The spots were gone.. it looked like it was dry cleaned. Pants came back with white powder on them (could rub off) and wrinkled where they were thrown over the hanger.

I had to start going to another Comet Cleaners location as your Leon Springs new employees have changed and have little customer service experience. Very disappointed. Yolanda at DeZavala location is always great. Just hate it is now out of my way to get there.
My experience was so bad that it required an immediate call to the area manager, Beatrice. The young lady that attempted to take care of me, yesterday 2/14 @ approx. 3:30 was adamant that I was required to take whatever clothing that had been cleaned. I handed her my ticket, that indicated all I was picking up was 6 pieces. That was all I was prepared to pick up. She insisted that this was not procedure. The cleaning was ok but the initial contact was not. Not the fault of the employee but of the company/owner/manager. Because my jacket had patches which could become discolored I had to sign a release form. A release form from a dry cleaners, really? You are obviously not confident enough in the quality of your work so I will go elsewhere.

Disappointed my discount as a new customer couldn't be given because the manager hadn't put it in the system
This is the second or third time that my husband has taken his pants to be pressed and starched and they are “lost” or have not arrived by the time that was stated. You say that you offer next day service but when we go to pick up at the time specified by you, they aren’t there. FRUSTRATING
