Sheena made my experience of several years of amazing service horrible! I can’t believe anyone would allow this at such a wonderful place.
You replaced a zipper on a sweater and cleaned a filthy suede coat. Very nice work.
You’ve got a big sign in the window that claims, paraphrasing, $2.97 for almost every item. I dropped off two shirts and a pair of slacks and was charged $11. If a pair of slacks doesn’t fit in the “almost every item” category, you should have the integrity to explain that in advance. First time and last time to go to Comet.
Overall the service is always great but this is the second time I receive my pants with a crease when I have tailored my profile to state “no crease”. I know I had that information as I have gotten other orders back without issues but with this order, I had one with crease and one without? Not sure what happened there but seems to be careless and Wish it wouldn’t happen as finding a good dry cleaner is hard and rather invest my time on something else
I have to pass at least four cleaners on my way to your store. I drive past them because of the customer service I get from you.

Had to go back twice to pick up for no starch and when I picked them up the 2nd time the shirts still didnt have enough starch . The lady upfront was super nice
Pricing is getting too high.
2 suits. $20.00. Too much. Many people can not afford that cost. I Will not be going back. Sorry. Mr. Whitlock.
