This is the first.........horrible job ever...it looks like a child hand sew my jacket. And thread hanging in front of the jacket. And the jacket looks worse than when was sent..i need to talk to someone adap.
Your employees are always extremely friendly and efficient! Especially the ones in early afternoon’s! Work is first class‼️ Only problem I have had is Labor Day. OPEN light was on so I figured you were OPEN. Me and one other person parked, put on masks and tried door. Locked... 😢

I had a funeral to attend to on short notice. I dropped my pants and shirt off on Monday the 11th of Aug. I was told they would be done by Tuesday after 4pm. Upon my return on Tuesday to pick up I was told my shirt was not ready bc of stains found on it. I was initially frustrated as telling the employee my situation. She did not charge me for my pants and expedited my shirt being done by Wednesday afternoon as I had to leave that day. Missing buttons on shirts replaced as requested. Much better than my previous laundry who seemed to break them and never replaced them.
You did your job, At half the price of the cleaners in Boerne. I'm sure they could do the job also, but for twice the money.
