I took about half dozen jeans last time and requested them be heavy starched and when I got them back they looked like they were just dry cleaned. I don't live in Helotes anymore, my office is still there but I live in Boerne now and I just didn't want to drive all the way over there to get my jeans redone.

I have always placed little pieces of red tape next to any stains on my clothes when I bring them to the cleaners so they will know where to look for them and can pre-spot or otherwise try to remove the stain. The last time I dropped off, the young lady at the counter removed all of my pieces of red tape and told me my items could not be sent for cleaning like that. I have always loved comet cleaners and didn't ever have problems with getting my clothes started when I was younger but we have taken my son's jeans and shirts they're now four times to the location in Helotes and all but one time they have come back either not starched or barely starts at all when we have requested heavy starch and it is in the computer under my account as heavy search for jeans inserts for my son they've only been able to accomplish this one time and it upsets me extremely I don't know if other common loca... read more

Fast service, friendly staff, great military discount, however the sweater that I had dry cleaned was nicely folded but on the top showing right up front was light coke red crusty spots the size of my thump each. I scratched them hoping it was not permanent and it was not it scratched off easily. Than I thought was my sweater even dry cleaned? Why were these spots that were not hidden not cleaned. Now I question was it cleaned?

Great customer service
Just opened bag to some new and never used cashmere items I had dry cleaned and both garments reek like they were cleaned with old chemicals. There is also pet hair on the clothes. I don’t own a pet.
