Destroyed two fabric buttons through rough handling, but didn’t even mention it so I didn’t see it til I tried to put the garment on for an event. Irresponsible!

I had a $10 coupon and still paid $5 for a suit and shirt. I was not given a receipt brokendown of what the costs were ad what I paid! Very deiciving! I don’t mind paying what I hope but I don’t like hiding info.

Took shirt in, ready when said it would be and shirt was ready to wear. No different than last 10 years.
Your employees customer service was bad. They were rude and didn't care to listen.

When I went to put on the blouse that they cleaned, I discovered that both straps that tie up the sleeves were missing. If I ever have something cleaned there again, I will be inspecting it before leaving the shop.

I showed up at 7am since that was the posted opening time… at the Helotes location 12415 Bandera Rd… the attendant drove up at 7:15… I know it’s only 15 minutes but busy morning schedules made it difficult to wait. She said she was working a double shift. That should be fixed. There was another man waiting and was very upset. Me, thankfully… I got my closed, made it home, got prepared and made it on time to my brothers funeral mass… Yeah, that attendant that showed up late didn’t know my schedule… but if she had showed ... read more
