One of my dresses had some crusty white material on it. I had to scrub it off
VERY expensive for just a suit and ashirt.
Would be 5 star except asked for stain to be removed and still there with no mention of it.
Not told how much it was going to cost to clean a Queen sized down comforter.
The ladies had a hard time finding my clothes because of multiple accounts. Merged 3 accounts and will see on next drop off if working. Time was only concern and now put under one phone number so should help. Work in progress.

This is the final straw. My clothes NEVER arrive on time and complete forcing me to make additional trips. Do you all happen to know a good dry cleaner that I can use that delivers on time?
The App provides me with a ready to pick up notification. I then can click the notify store for pickup response. When I walk in the door my order has been pulled and placed in a separate holding area making pick up quick and easy.
The girls on Bandera Road do a great job. My wife and I both have tried SEVERAL times to call the home office down Bandera Road to get set up for home delivery. No one calls us back. Rather frustrating.
