For the price I paid to have the wedding gown pressed I expected better.

First time to use you guys, was not aware you were so expensive. When picking up the lady said "The total after your discounts were applied comes to $35.00 and some change." First I never knew anything about having discounts and 2nd I am afraid to ask how much it would have been if I hadn't any discounts because over $35.00 for 2 pair of dress slakes and 4 dress shirts is way to much, that's about $6.00 a garment. The dry cleaning itself was what was expected, not the sticker shocker pricing. Kevin

The people working there were very friendly. But when I paid, I was overcharged by $2.01. I did not catch the error until after I received the receipt. Even though I paid in cash, they were not able to give the cash of $2.01 back to me. Instead I was told that a credit would show on my account. Not sure why the overcharge of $2.01 could not have been returned to me immediately. Not a great deal of money, but strange.

I bought a brand new bow tie from EXPRESS. Immediately brought it to comet. When I went to retrieve my clothes the bow tie was missing and had been sent of for a "stain". It took them 3-4 days to find my "stained" bow tie. I felt like I was being given more excuses for why they couldn't find the bow tie. I did get my bow tie back in new condition, but the hassle that came with it was not worth it. The ladies that work there did their best to accommodate. My unhappiness is wth the actual plant that cleans the clothes.

Brought one dress in for dry cleaning and to replace a button. I get an email on the expected date of pick up that my dress is ready. Before leaving the cleaners, I inspected the dress and the button was never replaced. Not only did this happen once but twice. What saved me from giving this a one of two star is their customer service. Even though after trying to get a button fixed for 2!!! Weeks, their customer service were very nice and compassionate.

I needed to do dry cleaning in a hurry. Our clothes were flooded during Hurricane Harvey, I was just shocked at how expensive everything was and the inability to provide an estimate of itemized receipt.

I had five needle points pressed. I'm not sure if you have experience with embroidery but the fabric was folded in half and then folded again over the hanger. It resulted in have creases that I have to iron out. I got them pressed so I wouldn't have to iron. I probably won't be back unless I can have the hung so they won't be creased. There's no point in paying to have them pressed if I'm just going to have them creased from folding them on the hanger.

Was overcharged 50% than expected. Took multiple phone calls to get the overcharges corrected. Shirts which were supposed to be laundered were dry cleaned. Even the mfg tag states they were machine washable. Presented coupon for $1.97 for laundered shirts at time of drop off. Still they tried to charge $6.38 per set of 3 shirts. Not sure what math they were taught but they need to be mentored and managed better. Cloths were clean as one would expect and garments were pressed well.
