I received my shirt with a hole in it. They had apparently pressed the shirt over a button and caused it to get damaged. My shirt was brand new, had only took it there once before to get cleaned. My shirt is a Hugo Boss, which I paid $126 for. When I came in to let them know, the manager, Mary, was trying to tell me that they could probably put a patch on it. Trash picked up my shirts and pants the same way I dropped them off nothing done to them
It was my first time coming I've known about Comet Cleaners for years but I'm new to the area I'm a disabled vet on a fixed income spoke about the prices when I dropped off the clothes and was told that I would get a 25% veteran's discount and the 5 pieces I had laundered and pressed would be about 12 to $13 it came to nearly $19 doesn't sound like much what's the difference would have bought a gallon of milk and a loaf of bread I kind of think it might be untrained staff because she wasn't going to give me a receipt she had... read more
