Dropped off clothes within a few minutes of closing. Gentleman behind the counter had an unpleasent attitude, he appeared agitated that i was dropping off clothes so close to the closing time. He didnt greet me as i walked in he was extemely rude and short while completing his task that literally took 15 seconds. I had four items to be cleaned. We were told we would get a call when the item was ready…told it would be two days, it took ten days. Called twice…person answering the phone was not knowledgeable. Would not recommend this business

I dropped off my clothes in the drop box. I was never contacted my order was received nor completed. I called and left a msg. No return call. I had to call multiple times to find out my clothes were ready. I get there and gave the girl my phone number 3x and she cldnt find anything. Finally she was able to locate my clothes. Horrible experience.

You declined to clean my comforter. I went to a different cleaner who didn't put up any barriers to cleaning it. I am considering shifting all of my business to them. Your policy was very customer unfriendly.

I was told my suit would be ready on Monday and it wasn’t. When we picked up on Tuesday there was a pair a pants that didn’t belong to me and had to make another trip back. No credit was offered for the cost of time and gas. The person at the counter was not sympathetic and didn’t thank us for returning the pants. 😧

I walked in and the young lady that was helping me wasn’t very pleasant. She took my clothes that I was dropping off, gave me my ticket and was about to walk away and I said I’m also here the pick my clothes. She proceeded to tell that I didn’t not have anything to pickup. I told her that I did and for her to look. She did and she saw that I had clothes for pickup. Did not provide any notice that your policy on when clothes would be ready changed. How about posting a sign for 30 days a courtesy before creating an inconvenience to your loyal customers?
