We dropped off my daughters band dress to be cleaned with next day service but the dress could not be found when we attempted to pick it up the next afternoon. The store personnel tracked it down and it was brought to our house. However, the dress smells as though it was never even cleaned. Extremely disappointed in the service and now my daughter will be self conscious about wearing the dress for her band performance
Clothes were cleaned Timing was excellent I thought $13 was a lot for 1 pair of men's dress pants & 1 shirt to be pressed w/med starch. When I ? it they said oops shirt was dry cleaned. We put a note. So some guy said "sorry, mgr not here can only put $5 credit on your acct. Shirt was not even starched how we requested.
I am a regular customer at the Helotes location. I recently took some formal pants in to cleaned and requested that these pants be pressed flat with no crease in the legs, which is how this style of pants are. When I came to pick them up, they had a crease and now they are permanently ruined. I was told that there would be no charge and they offered to redo them. My coat still had the small stain on the sleeve. The prices were higher than I was quoted.
Went to this cleaners after seeing all the great reviews. Although the staff was friendly as stated in the reviews I was disappointed with their service. The coat I had taken was no longer wrinkled but it was still full of lint.,
I really hate complaining about services but I was REALLY disappointed and wished I had gone down the street to the cleaners I had never heard of. I’m not sure if my comforter was washed with someone’s laundry who had dogs/cats, but there was short corse Black hairs all over our white comforter. The comforter felt as if it were starched, and the stuffing is now balled up and looks awful. the lady at the counter was wonderful when I picked up my cleaning - I do not remember her name. She even open up the door a few minutes before 7 am
So usually there’s a few days turnaround on comforters. Well mine was ready the next day. Picked it up took it home. And unwrapped the plastic. Bam!! Smacked in the face by a stench like someone used it as a diaper. Smelled BAD. Like mildew!!!
A pair of our pants wasnt pressed at the seams...if was off. But also we received another person's order and had to return it.
