Great Service! Your counter ladies are wonderful explaining all of the processes to me. Also, loved getting an e-mail when my clothes were ready. This will be my new cleaners in the future.
Mary, Irene & Evelyn @ the Helotes location are terrific!! I left some cash in a shirt my wife dropped off this morning and within 30 minutes of her doing so, I received a call from them to let me know they were holding it for me!! Wow!! What integrity & what wonderful & caring ladies!!
I loved the email that told me when it was done. Clothes were cleaned in time and starched well. The only area for opportunity would be with the staff. The young lady at pick up was great but the two with her were less than interested.
Best customer service ever! Caring, welcoming and customer oriented. All the services were explained in detail and to top it off I was given a dinner gift certificate as a welcome. Customer for life!
Very friendly staff, diff coming back
Very friendly staff. It was my first time going to that particular location and I was greeted by the lady at the counter. I informed her it was my first time, she quickly took my information and was very friendly and welcoming. On my return to pick up my clothes I was received by a different lady who was equally friendly and informed me if coupons available. Being new to area this was my first time using the cleaners. The staff Jessica, Addie, and Lorey were great! Their customer service and professionalism were outstanding and this has made me a loyal customer for years to come. Very, very happy with the service they provided.
