Service has been reliable and good for the most part. They are a touch more pricey than oak Park cleaners. My biggest complaint that may drive me to the competition is Comet Cleaners use of twist ties to bundle 3 shirts together. What a frustrating waste of time trying to untangle all of the twist ties to hang items back up in the closet. I’ve sent notes with my cleaning asking that they stop using the ties. Zero response and the twist ties keep coming back every week.
My shirts and pant were very wrinkled/not ironed right! Also, I was given another persons garment (pair of pants) that was placed between my garments! I just noticed this late Saturday evening. I will return the item to Comet Cleaners on Monday.
I haved used Comet Cleaners for decades. Usually, your dry cleaning and customer service is satsfactory, but this time was a disaster. I needed a new black jacket dry cleaned for several events this weekend, to wear with different outfits. 1st, when I removed it from your dry cleaning bag, it smelled like body odor. Too expensive I got same amount of garments done at a competitor. I even used a coupon with you guys and it was still 3 dollars more expensive.
Overpriced, coupon is misleading, will not go back, hangers seem very expensive...

I have been w comment cleaners over 5 years now with weekly routes as my husband wears tie and suites on a daily basis for his work . I found out the prices are just way to high . I’ve asked to see if maybe there is a discounted rate for me I’ve been told there is not. This has me looking for services else where
It’s been a year or two since I started using Comet Cleaners. I have had very good experience with the quality of work and with the staff. I would truly recommend to my friends. I have recommended to my best friend Nancy.
A pair of new shorts were misdelivered to another account. One phone call and the next delivery day my shorts were delivered!
