The cost if very high. I had three shirts and one pair of pants and the cost to me was over 25.00. A bit too pricey.
My clothes looks great 👍🏼, but I’d be happier if price per item was less! I was paying $2.25 per item somewhere else, but it moved! DO NOT SHARE my Email! Thanks
Very inconsistent results again. Cleaned 2 suits; one comes back w the lapel pressed nice and crisp. The other one had a lapel that was “rolled” — no crease to speak of. Not impressed!
I took 3 jackets to be cleaned, each with dirty spots on them. When I picked them up, it didn’t appear they had been cleaned. All the spots were still there. I’m waiting to see the results of a second round.
Clothes missing from my order. They are trying to locate 2-3 missing pieces! This is unprofessional and for the outrageous cost of their services, they should have a better system to ensure they do not lose customer's clothing! This same thing happened many years ago which is why I stopped using them. My husband wasn't aware and dropped my clohtes there. The actual laundry and pressing was fine; only problem I had was your delivery driver never came by my location on my first attempt to send in shirts. Hopefully that has been resolved.
My dry cleaning came back incredibly heavily starched to the point i thought it was going to crack several times. It also came back wrinkled on several occasions. I left messages about this but my calls were never returned. It was aggravating to have to iron clothes I paid to have dry cleaned.
I stopped going because... The last time I dropped my usual clothes off for washing (sure you can see the date in your system) in the overnight drop box (I bought the laundry bag and everything) my clothes were not ready to go when I needed to leave town (I work in the oilfield on a rotating schedule). I called to ask if they were done (I hadn’t heard anything or gotten an email like usual) and while inquiring about the status with the rep whom answered I could hear her saying “let’s just half ass them” before she picked t... read more
