On March 9th an item we left for cleaning was lost in your Culebra store. We still await the check we were promised in settlement so we may replace my wife’s favorite shirt.

Since I only wear jeans and t-shirts, all of the cleaning is my wife's, and since I don't see it once it's home, I can't speak to how it's done except to say she hasn't fussed about any of it. And she's very picky.
I am a new customer. I visited your location on Bandera Rd and set up an account with Kim on Wednesday, March 4th. I dropped off two shirts and one pair of blue jeans. I asked for heavy starch (all the way) and crease the sleeves of the shirts. I returned on Friday morning to pick up the clothes. The shirts had little, or no starch and the sleeves were not creased. Service is great and the cashiers are very efficient and friendly. Our only bad experience is that our shirt collars and sleeves are limp. We asked for medium starch! My husband was working at USAA for 28 years and all that time we were taking our laundry to Maverick and were very satisfied with their service until a trouser was lost and it had cost us $125.00 plus. I like my jeans this no starch and no crease. It’s a hit and miss. I’m not sure why. I don’t get enough bags to put my clothes in. I have some shirts, maybe pants too that get lost. Week or two later they pop up. I just wonder how many times I don’t receive my closes ever.

These folks have lost 2 pieces of laundry of mine over the past 6 months, Furthermore, they are extremely slow to respond to resolve the matters. Been a customer for years now out of convenience & cost but at this point I have to look for alternatives.

I dropped off a dress for dry cleaning and a shirt for laundry. The shirt was done properly but the dress was not done at all. Rep told me it was damaged so they didn’t do. It was not damaged it was pinned so I could take it to get altered and I told the girl it was ok to remove pins. The two girls who I spoke to had no idea how to complete my order because I was using a 10.00 anniversary coupon.
