The cleaning was fine! However, I believe you should give the customer a receipt listing the garments the were dropped off and cleaned showing showing the cost per garment and any discounts recieved by customer. That is how I used to get my invoice at any other comet cleaners whatever city or location.

We do have a mobile app, customer connect on our website, and e-mail receipts that are available for listing each individual item and charge. You can also ask our customer service associates to manually print a detailed invoice at the time of pick up as well.
