Placed two items in for cleaning, one was a wool sweater and the other a old hand made wedding dress. Sweater was done on time and I had to wait for the wedding dress one extra day (7 days to clean and restore). I had to call to inquiry about the wedding dress and the next day (8 days total) I got an email saying it was done. To soon to made a complete recommendation but I will after the series of cleaning.

The store that does my clothes is great but the main Comet telephone number is awful. I have tried to call for 2 weeks and NO ONE picks up the phone or returns my calls. I want to set up home delivery but I didn’t realize how much of a hassle it would be to sign up. The people at the Evans store is great! So thank you!

You did a fine job with the actual laundry...the service I hired you to do. What I did not like is the constant bombardment via text and email to review you, like you on facebook, give you 5 stars, feedback, etc. I don't owe you anything other than the money I paid for the services rendered. Its dry cleaning, leave people alone.

I have been taking my clothes to the Bandera location next to Credit Human for many years. I have always been very satisfied until last week. I took in 4 female blazers and when I picked up they were wrinkled and one was especially in bad condition that I returned for a do over. Perhaps you have new employees and not trained yet. I hope this was an isolated incident. The Manager was very helpful.

one of my shirts apparently had a "tums " in the pocket It was laundered and pressed with the tums still in the pocket. Now has a round obvious stain...............

I brought in a very good table cloth after the Christmas holidays to be cleaned as well as a couple of dresses and white faux leather jacket. The coupon stated 30% off of dry cleaning - as usual the very tiny print indicated only clothes were eligible for the coupon, not household goods. I wish I could trust coupons - Comet is very expensive and the 30% off did not apply to my table cloth. Frustrating!
