Not one to complain but did complain about having to re press and touch up laundered shirts, most time I still have to touch them up. In the past my dress slacks or pressed good but lately they have been double creased. One new shirt came back ripped at the tail but I didn’t even complain because I could still tuck it. Don’t understand why they bag matching items in separate bags when you can see it’s a suite and should be together. It’s very frustrating when my shirts or jeans don’t get enough starch. Too expensive for dry cleaning a dress. I paid 8.99 for the dress and $13.50 for dry cleaning! Too expensive!
I brought a custom made queen size comforter for DRY CLEANING. I signed a release form not realizing you could WASH it instead of DRYCLEANING. When I picked it up and put it on my bed, IT DID NOT FIT DUE TO SHRINKAGE When I went to the store, I was told it had some stains on the lining and told me I had signed the release form. I also had a bedskirt, shams and 3 throw pillows which were all custom made. Because it had to coordinate with window coverings I could not go to a store to replace it with correct colors. Went twice to pick up order. Couldn’t find a pair of my pants. Finally it was found as uncovered hanging at end of rack, kit with my order. Bless the young lady who searched endlessly until she found them. Someone screwed it up and cost me time and almost lost my pants.
