I'm always missing pisces of my laundry, or it's damaged by bleach and discolored. Also, I've received the wrong laundry on 4 separate occasions... Very disheartened by this sevice I've revieced this far!

I always provide a coupon even though I’ve been told I don’t have too. Nonetheless I got over charged. I left a text on Monday. Another one today. Also left a voicemail. I guess you don’t care.

I really like your service and your dry cleaning is duo. But I think I was over charged on a dress that has 2 pieces but was bought as a 1 piece. I got charged $26, which I thought was a lot for a dress!
Hi Because I have a bad experience about washing my cloths by cleaners and getting them dirty, I decided to come to Comet and Pay more for pressing only, but unfortunately I got clothes with something like gum, I had to put sometime to clean it by myself . I will try one more time.

I only went here bc the cleaners in bandera and guilbeau have had such poor customer service and just over all horrible experience. Pulling up with the drive thru at comet was my first spark of happiness then picking up my order with such happy people was the icing on the 🎂 #cometcleaners4life

New customer no explanation of pricing 10 items came in 5 pressed they were great my shirts had all types of miscommunication ended up not getting shirts pressed I brought my shirts in brand new folded and they were returned balled up Not happy and will not be returning

I brought in a pair of linen pants and was disappointed that they still had wrinkles. If the creases werent so evident I would have sworn I had pressed them at home. I should have and saved $7.00. Other linen items I have brought in were great.
