You clean and press my stupid clothes... It's not rocket science. Quit over complicating things
Friendly staff, great service. My garments were ready ahead of time scheduled. 2 garments for $8.42 was the charge. I handed the clerk a coupon for 30% off and still got charged $8.42. Why was my coupon not valid?
When I came to pick up my clothes yesterday, I assumed and was told that all my clothes were being given to me. I was recently informed that one of my shirts was left out and that I now have to go back and pick it up. I had informed the attendant when I dropped off my clothing that I was new to town and had only used one other dry cleaning service in town, and that they had lost 2 of my shirts. I'm now 0 for 2 in trying new dry cleaners here in San Antonio.
Needed a cocktail dress pressed for the next morning. They had it back to me later the same day.
Service was good, cleaning met expectations, pricing is extremely high.
It was to expensive! Can’t afford those prices.
The cost of doing business with you guys is almost twice as much as I pay at Maverick cleaners. Thank you for your hospitality but I can't afford to continue doing business with Comet.
