I haven't had any problems in years with the starch that I prefer (ex-heavy/cardboard) in my long sleeve Wrangler shirts until here lately. I am being told that my shirts are extra heavy. I've been welding for over 20 years and I KNOW what extra heavy feels like. My shirts are medium to light and I can't stand to wear them but I have to. Why must you be notified if dry cleaning is needed the following day? You guys made the rule stating what time garments have to be in your store to get them the next day after 6. Now I am told you guys have to be notified if we want our dry cleaning the next day. For me, a suit is my uniform. It’s hard to leave things there too long. I had to call and drive to your other location to get my things. Not close to my home.

I've had numerous shirts come back without buttons, and the wrong starch. Also, dress pants will be starched that are not supposed to be, and the jeans that need starch will come back without it. Delivery is great.

I was not given a price for the services requested....dry cleaning or stain removal. It was extremely expensive. I won’t be returning. They were very pleasant, but the cost of the service is just too much.
