Had a pant that wasn’t ready and delivered to another location, bad service,
I have been going to your store for almost 3 years now. Mainly for pressing butva few things dry cleaned. I have bever been charged $14.49 for 1 item of everyday clothing, a duster/wrap, bo special fabric or sewyins or any special apoendages
Dry cleaning was not ready when noted, but compensation was sufficient to warrant 5 star service.
Comet got some impossible stains off of a sweater. Kudos to Comet Cleaners!
You do great service .... just wish I was not requested in 4 separate emails to take additional time from my day to tell you that you performed the task you were paid to perform.
Seceral shirts came out wrinkled
Your young lady working there is never friendly. She never says hi or good am or good pm or welcome to Comet. She is always a B! Don’t know what the issue always is but she is just not a customer friendly person - ever! We stop by because it is convenient and that is it. We wish there was someone closer and more convenient because I know they would appreciate our business!
Terrible! I do not recommend! I had been a consistent customer and the. began noticing my cost started to increase. When they make a recommendation make sure you request the cost. Their itemized receipt does not specify what you are paying. Owner/Manager does not return calls and people at the desk can’t help you if you have a concern.
It's my first time in your place... I decided go there because I got a ticket for HEB with a promo. But I never thought that, the price for your services is very expensive. I pay more the 30 dollars for 2 shirts and 2 coats. The place have other prices outside and the employer never told me the amount. And was the mistake too because I don't ask her (For your sign outside) Also one of the coat was not very clean.
