I havent been to the cleaners since the last time i had a problem. But with Covid and not working, decided to use my credit you placed on my account to get some items pressed as i get ready to go back to work. 3 pants and 6 tops...pants were perfect, but the tops were just as wrinkled as when I brought them in. That was my last time, dont bother to contact me on this. I will someone my business.
My garment wasn't cleaned. Won't be back.
The past 2 visits have been disappointing ... got a shirt back that is now missing a button and this time one of the shirts did not look pressed and was still damp
You destroyed my comforter!!!!!! It is brand new. I never used it. I brought it to your store and y’all gave it back to me wrapped in plastic and on a hanger, let me pay $35 and when I got home. I unwrapped it to lay it on my bed and it was destroyed. Melted, ripped, frayed. This comforter is expensive. I haven’t even made my first payment for it and now I will never get to use it. My first time using a cleaning service and will never trust any cleaners.
The manager at this location is very rude and always has a attitude!! Never going back again!
Thought it was same day service... dropped off at 7:30am and didn’t get it back for two days
Excess amount of starch added and gave jeans a splotchy faded look and another pair was improperly creased. Manager found the error in both pair and promptly apologized and stated he would correct issues. I returned the next day, to pick up jeans and left as a very satisfied customer.
We knew the expectations of the stains and the delicacy of the beading could result in not being able to remove all stains or lose of beads. The stains came out and all beading was intact. Service was prompt and all criteria explained ahead of time.
I took clothes in and they had some difficulties with the racks so all clothes were on floor . I had to pick up 2 days later . Didn’t get to wear clothes for function
