Service is always great at the store, I recently started going to this location as it is closer than five star but my shirts are coming back with the buttons destroyed, even the new shirts and the old ones that never had an issue at five stars. It is obvious that you guys are not as careful when ironing the shirts, several of my shirts now have all the buttons broken.

The quality of the work is great but the cost advertised is misleading. Very misleading. The sign states "Shirts $1.97 - beautifully laundered with dry cleaning" I was under the impression that laundered and dry cleaning are two different ways of treating the garments. Please adjust your signs to read accordingly, because I paid $5 per shirt thinking I'd only pay $1.97. NOT COOL.... I probably will not use you anymore.

You receive an automatic discount on your laundered shirts when you bring in a dry clean garment. I had a coupon. I brought my down pillows in but was told the coupon didn't cover their cleaning. I pointed out the coupon didn't specify. They honored the coupon for this novice dry cleaner user. Have already used them a couple more times and will continue to do so. Friendly customer service. Thank you.
I took a 20 year old collectible to be cleaned and they totally DESTROYED IT. IT IS NOT REPLACEABLE they said someone put it in the wrong machine, what kind of morons do you have working for you anyway!!!!!!!!!

The manager of your Bulverde store is a problem. I brought newly tailored clothes and asked that they be pressed only. She told me it would be cheaper to dry clean. Not true. The press only was only for the first time from the tailor. She has since added a comment to my profile that I switch between press only and dry clean. That is false, the press only was for the first time when I got them from my tailor. I never switched back and forth. It is a false statement and maddening.
