New dry cleaners to the area, and I've been pleased so far. I've had a couple small issues, but they've worked hard to correct them. I'd highly recommend them for your laundry or dry cleaning needs.

My 3 items smell like heavy, strong smelling women's perfume!! I noticed it when I removed my items from the plastic bag. It's been hanging outside of my main closet so I could air it out and it still smells like perfume!! Seems like my black sweater is smaller too esp. on the short sleeves. I had buttons fall off of a wool coat on another occasion and had to have a $5 credit put on because the new employee forgot to apply my 15% off coupon. I probably won't be coming back here even though the prices are affordable.

My shirts should look crisp like they just came off the rack at a department store. Only 3 out of 6 came back looking like they were dry cleaned. The other 3 are wrinkled like they were washed but not pressed. Also the collars had creases and were not crisp from being bunched up together. The collars should be well pressed and firm.

I took 8 shirts in for laundry and starch and two of my shirts were returned to me in a box. Which I didn't request nor knew it was available. Not sure why that happened. I would appreciate a phone call 210-865-0390. Thanks
