I took 6 items to be cleaned with a $10.00 coupon to use on $20.00 or more. You were having a “ shirt special “. It was $39.00 for that I think that’s ridiculous! Other than that it is quick and clean

Pants had mark from shoe and I showed them when I dropped it off. Mark was still there when I picked it up and when I pointed it out she told me well I guess it wouldn’t come out🤷🏻♀️ They could try again if I wanted..it was only a shoe mark on bottom of white pants where I crossed my leg. REALLY . She said if I want to bring them back she could see if i could get a discount only because I asked.very dissatisfied

I had shirts that weren't picked up from Nov. Of 2021...No one could have contacted me to let me know that I still have clothes that weren't picked up...an email, text or a phone call!!??...I dropped off pants and asked to be contacted if I indeed forgot to pick up clothes...no call; they just showed up when I picked up the pants....this just seems so inconsiderate especially at your price point!

Able to get it done within 24 hours. And got some hard stains out of a dress
The same person took my order & later was there when I picked up the order. Don't remember the name.. it began with an "R". Her demeanor & voice was very gruff & unpleasant. When I arrived she was with another customer, but greeted me & said she'd be right with me. There was such an unfriendly tone, I considered leaving & going some place else.
