Over the time ive done business w Comet there s been several lost shirts and i reported 2 missing shirts again Also I would like to see better pressing of my shirts.. they re sometime s wrinkled
Still not putting clothes on paper hangers. Your competitors do this. Put a silk, Tommy Bahama shirt on a wire hanger.
I asked for the heaviest starch for my shirts and it feels like no starch was on my shirts. I'm very particular on how I want my shirt to be done. If you guys start to carry a stronger or heavier starch please let me know. Thank you.
While dropping off my bag of clothes, the attendant said “they’ll be ready tomorrow after 6 and closed the door. Never issued a receipt. When picking up, I gave the 25% coupon and he gave it back saying he already discounted it. I just paid $141 and got my clothing. Nothing was explained in which discount was applied because the receipt does not state a discount was applied. I’m considering another dry cleaner.
I researched public reviews of many Cleaner Stores & Comet Cleaners had many 4+ marks so I decided to try Comet after being burned by other Cleaners & was surprisingly not let down both in quality & price. The reviews were spot on & we're now Comet Cleaner customers from now on. Thanx Comet!
I never get the coupon price offered on the coupon I present. When I calculate the coupon price times the number of shirts then add the tax, I and being charged about 15 cents more per shirt. Not cool. Change you program to add tax after total cost. Not put it in the price of the shirts.
Stopped by your cleaners today right at 7 o’clock as they were closing. Had the misfortune of dealing with an individual known as Rico. Rico informed me that the store was closed, as he took my ticket. He bought back my item. I offered to pay for it, he informed me that we have your card on file, and that he had already charged the transaction.Unless I am misunderstanding how credit cards work, that card is on file for my convenience, not for him to make unauthorized financial transactions for me.
