Ripped the buttons out of a collar of a shirt and then you press them with a safety pin and out two burn holes on each one
In a word, you did excellent👌👍! After, the February 2021 "Texas Deep Freeze," causing electrical outages and frozen pipes to burst, some clothes got wet and needed cleaning. Some cleaners would not take clothes, for dry cleaning, that got wet. They claimed there was mildew. However, your cleaners took the job and got it done. That's above and beyond what is the mediocre average.
Both of my comforters were still really damp. No bueno. I thought comforters would be dried before being hung up in bags. And there was still a stain on one of my comforters that was never communicated to me at time of pick up. Usually my location has fabulous service so I’m not sure what happened.
I have been using the bulverde location for a few years. And this last time I picked up my jeans they completely done wrong. Not happy
We wanted dry cleaning on Bluejeans and received laundered.
They do a great job with Laundry, but DON"T USE THEM FOR ANY TAILORING SERVICES. They are horrible. I don't know who the tailor is but I had 2 really expensive suits ruined and had to pay another tailor to fix the problems so not only do they charge you for the terrible work, but also you have to pay to fix thier mistakes. The first time I used your cleaners I was not at all impressed! I had asked about delivery service and with an attitude the clerk shared I could only set it up if I was willing to put my card on file. She told me I had to set it up online and would be contacted. I dropped my clothes off and offered to pay in advance. Again, with an air of attitude she told me I couldn’t pay in advance nor could she tell me how much I would owe at pick up.
