The bag ripped as soon as I picked it up. The woman who gave me my clothes upon pickup told me I could get a new one when the next shipment of better quality bags come in. I don’t anticipate using this service until that date comes that I can get a new bag. I live on the third floor so it’s hard to carry the 20lb bag down without a handled bag.
My item wasn’t clean when I picked it up- I could still smell sweat. I had to clean it myself.
Pants were pressed great but the shirts were horrible. No creased sleeves and some didn’t even look pressed.
I dropped off three FR shirts and four FR jeans. When I received them they were starched beyond belief. The tag clearly says do not starch. Hoping it did not mess up the material in case of emergency and they are needed for their intended pupose.
Stain on sleeve not removed. Will return for a redo. Hopefully you will be successful. Stain is from previous cleaner product.
The person who took my close was not friendly or personable. I hesitated to leave my clothes.
The collars of all 5 shirts are super dirty and have not been cleaned!!
Service was good. More importantly, the work was good. The two pieces(a suit and a shawl) came out very nicely. Both had stains I feared would not come out and now they look pristine, as though nothing was ever wrong. Thank you
I had 6 shirts pressed. I can't wear them in the condition your cleaners returned them. I have not used Comet for many years and thought I'd give it a try. A complete waste of $20 since I had to re-laundry and press them myself. I won't be returning to Comet for any services. Kudos to your staff and your email system, but not even for me to try again.
