Quality Service, and dry cleaning was ready before promised time.
Friendly staff - computer system was down, so she wrote a manual ticket. I was happy to find that you repair leather coats, which was the purpose of my visit.

All items were fine, but a note wasn't seen, asking to repair a pant lining. After I called, it was explained that Classic doesn't repair pant linings. Also a coupon with a skirt sale wasn't applied until I called. Otherwise, pickup and delivery is always great!
Very poor customer service was provided by the manager. Never ever will be a paid customer.
