1st time visit to the Clay Terrace location.....great service.
This is an update to my initial visit. After my first unpleasant visit, I was skeptical about coming back. After receiving an invite to comment on the visit, I posted my review. Customer service promptly called about it and apologized. They went above and beyond to keep me as a customer. When I got my dry cleaning back it was fabulously cleaned. I've been back a few times now and the workers are friendly and my clothes come back in perfect condition.
I really was pleased with my original route driver, Brenda. Now I have a new driver and had not gotten pick up for two weeks (my laundry sat outside during the two weeks of rain) and somehow my preferences or notes were deleted so the new driver didn't know where to hang my cleaning. Hopefully this has all been rectified. I also noticed one brand new rather expensive shirt of my husband's has a large purple stain on the shoulder that was not there when it was put in the dry cleaning bag - so now I'm wondering if this was ... read more

I have had a number of delivery and billing issues in the past 45 days. The response to these problems has been subpar. However, the route manager has been very responsive and has taken specific action to maintain my business. Since that encounter, the delivery has been more consistent but I have had problems with how the driver leaves my clothing. We have a hook by the door that has been used for years.
