The customer service was great at two stores! I really appreciated the two associates who worked together to ensure I was taken care of. I started at the 106th and Michigan store as closest to me and needed laundry service as my washer was out and was going to take a few days to come in. I needed to have clothes for my kids by Monday. That store could not do it as they sent it out so she found another store that does it on site that could do it for me. Great customer service, and they listened to my requests.
Took my garment in to be cleaned because of a bad stain. They explained that they do not guarantee that they could remove all stains. received my garment back minus the stain. Did a great job. I will tell everyone about your great service and quality
The store manager, Crystal is usually the one to greet me and is always eager to help and very cheerful.
People were nice and reassuring, but the suit (men's) was terribly pressed. Obviously done by a high speed steam press, leaving the imprint of the inner fabric showing on the surface, ripples on the pants seems, DPUBLE CREASES on pant legs; overall visibly done by a person without any pride in their work or abilities. Sad, but this has become the norm in the cleaners industry over the last 10 years or so. Before that I NEVER had ANY problems with ANY cleaners. Where id the dedication. where are the "SUPERVISORS". I have recently moved my cleaning to another location because your pricing was more than double for the same items at another business. I simply couldn't pay your price when everyone was way cheaper.....Your desk person told me there was no negotiations at all .I was going to be a repeat every 2weeks.
