Kat does a wonderful job at the Michigan Road location. She is always friendly and conversational, remembers names, and makes sure everything is right. I've recently moved about 30 minutes away from her location, and I pass many cleaners on my way to see her, but I'll continue to go there.

The staff (especially the store manager) is super friendly and very helpful. We have had a couple issues with buttons being crushed during cleaning and/or pressing, but they have been replaced. The store is always clean and again the staff is nice to work with. I would recommend this cleaner to friends and family for sure! :)

Shirts are OK so far. Manager woman was professional and seemed to know a lot. I'll keep an eye out for hacked-up shirts (last visit there was many years ago when this location was a Tuchman's, which drove me away with bad quality). I like your electronic no-paper notifications just fine.
