It is so convenient to have your dry cleaning picked up and delivered to our home. They are always there as scheduled and our dry cleaning is returned the next delivery date. We use then when we have items to clean.
My Brooks Brothers dress oxford shirt was damaged after the 6th time it was laundered at Classic Cleaners. 4 weeks later still getting the run around by all of Classic management. I cannot believe it takes this long to decide on paying claim or not. I have been a customer for 25+ years and this is the first problem I have ever had with the company. Too bad, I am looking for another dry cleaner.
It's always one day cleaning and everything is laundered as expected. The staff is always friendly and appear to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The hours accommidate most working individuals. The location has easy access and exit which is important during rush hours and it is only a few blocks from my home. I am very pleased overall with the cleaning and the service.

CC consistently does a great job! We had a little confusion recently on a dress shirt that came back without a missing button being replaced. Took the clean shirt back, and it was repaired, but we were charged a second time for it to be laundered. Called the store and a credit was to happen, but it did not. I really do not like having to show a e-coupon when dropping items off. My e-mail address is on our account.
