After many years I have cancelled Classic Cleaners. I dealt with Michael about my queen fitted sheet that wasn't returned to me. Instead I received a second flat sheet with grey stripes. I returned the sheet that didn't belong to me and waited for the one that did belong to me to be returned. It wasn't. I talked to Michael and was told that since my sheet was at least eight years old it wouldn't be replaced. He also said they would give me a small credit on my bill. This was my very first time visiting this establishment. The store was clean and nice. The young lady (I believe she was the Assistant manager) who took care of me was friendly. However, I thought that nearly $15 just to PRESS (not clean) my dress was a bit much considering the sign on the window showed deals to DRY CLEAN a shirt AND pair of slacks would only be $6.79 or a shirt alone would be $2.49. I may return again if I need dry cleaning but I will not ever pay that much again for just pressing.
Customer service is great! My driver missed a pickup, so I dropped it off at the store the next day and they were still able to deliver my cleaning on my next scheduled day!
I have a shirt that has had a broken button on the sleeve for the last 4 times it was cleaned. So much for your no broken button policy. 3 times my wife has packed this for out of town trips and I either have to wear the shirt without a jacket with the sleeves rolled up or find a pin. I also constantly have button press marks on my shirts as if the shirt was folded or multiple shirts were pressed at once. If it wasn't for the delivery guys always doing a good job I would have canceled already.
