This was my very first time visiting this establishment. The store was clean and nice. The young lady (I believe she was the Assistant manager) who took care of me was friendly. However, I thought that nearly $15 just to PRESS (not clean) my dress was a bit much considering the sign on the window showed deals to DRY CLEAN a shirt AND pair of slacks would only be $6.79 or a shirt alone would be $2.49. I may return again if I need dry cleaning but I will not ever pay that much again for just pressing.
Customer service is great! My driver missed a pickup, so I dropped it off at the store the next day and they were still able to deliver my cleaning on my next scheduled day!
I have a shirt that has had a broken button on the sleeve for the last 4 times it was cleaned. So much for your no broken button policy. 3 times my wife has packed this for out of town trips and I either have to wear the shirt without a jacket with the sleeves rolled up or find a pin. I also constantly have button press marks on my shirts as if the shirt was folded or multiple shirts were pressed at once. If it wasn't for the delivery guys always doing a good job I would have canceled already.
always prompt in picking up dry cleaning at my door....people very pleasant and friendly....never had an item of clothing 'lost'...
