Very friendly, and accommodating staff.
Everyone at the Carmel Classic Cleaners is always very friendly and helpful. They do a nice job on all my dry cleaning. I wish they would offer more discounts for loyal customers though.

I have been quite frustrated with Classic Cleaners. I moved from Michigan to Carmel 9 months ago. Since my parents are personal friends with Carl Arnold, I chose to give Classic a chance. Only once in the nine months have they returnees my shirt stays. I was never told the policy that the stays are removed and not returned. I have asked three different employees if I could at least get them back in a bag. This still does not happen. I have expensive shirts that come with very metal stays. These are now all lost. I'm so glad I discovered Classic Cleaners. I had been a customer of Bolden's for twenty years. There recent fire forced me along with others to find an alternative laundry. I went through three others before I came upon classic cleaners. You always do my shirts exactly as I ask. The folks in the store are pleasant. The young lady remembers me and my starch preferences. I have been with Classic Cleaners for 20 years. Service has been very good until they damaged a Brooks Brothers Oxford dress shirt. I am in my 3rd week of trying to get a resolution on this issue. The shirt has only been laundered 6 times and they are claiming it was wear and tear from the inside. Really? Why is this so hard to resolve? Starting to look for another dry cleaner in Indianapolis.

After many years I have cancelled Classic Cleaners. I dealt with Michael about my queen fitted sheet that wasn't returned to me. Instead I received a second flat sheet with grey stripes. I returned the sheet that didn't belong to me and waited for the one that did belong to me to be returned. It wasn't. I talked to Michael and was told that since my sheet was at least eight years old it wouldn't be replaced. He also said they would give me a small credit on my bill.
