I have recently moved my cleaning to another location because your pricing was more than double for the same items at another business. I simply couldn't pay your price when everyone was way cheaper.....Your desk person told me there was no negotiations at all .I was going to be a repeat every 2weeks.
Went in on Wednesday right before 1pm for my first time at this location. The store Manager helped me out and was awesome. She had great personality and did everything to keep me coming back. She gave me the Tuesday discount when I came in on a Wednesday - Thank you! I will be back often!
We have been using Classic Cleaners for many years now. We have been quite satisfied with their services. The cost is a little more than other cleaners, but the job they do is much better. Kat at the Classic Cleaners on Michigan Rd in Indy is awesome. She really takes care of her customers. As long as she's there, I'll keep going back. The dry cleaning quality isn't bad either :-)
This was my first trip to Classic Cleaners. (at 4201 E. 62nd). The lady who waited on me was very thorough and gracious. That alone made the trip worthwhile. I went there because you will clean leather (patch on sleeves of wool shirt). Took several other dress and sport shirts. Will pick them up tomorrow evening after 5:00. So far this has been a most pleasant experience.
I took my daughters wedding dress for stems and the care and service was amazing. I went back the next day to clean and preserve it. This place is amazing. Love it.
