After using your services for the 1st time recently, you sent me a "gift" of $5 off dry cleaning. So I brought in a shirt and confirmed with the clerk that I had $5 gift certificate. When I picked up my shirt today, I was charged $4.05. The clerk said the gift cert. was only good for dry cleaning and not shirts. I guess I assumed that your gift was for any services that you offered. Very disappointed!

Wonderful friendly service and clothes always look clean and nicely pressed. It would be greatly appreciated if coupons or discounts were offered regularly. I sometimes opt for another cleaners because of their 40% discount.
